Do we have justice?

What is happening with the justice in our world?

I believe from the justice every messes are starting.

The better educated people means the lesser problems for the justice to solve. Certainly, the education can not be the solution in every cases. When you are hungry and have not a home, the education get down on the second place. You need that immediately.

I believe in every domain (I'll think more about the art) we need justice, if not official, from the state's law, then our own, the morality.
Only on the morality base it's harder. It is applicable in direct human relations. Therefore, the state's justice have to solve the problems.

What could we do to eliminate or reduce the errors of justice?
The law is out-dated, opposite to the citizens interest (see the fiscality, the psychological counseling and others). The way of changing the law, too complicated, the lack of stimulation toward progress, all this burdens the life and gives you a lot of stress.

The humankind accumulated enough science in order to be able to put order in many aspects of the society and in life, generally.

Also, the law is so obsolete because the feed-back from the simple citizens is not considered.
Those who have the power believe it's important only that fit their needs. The people have to endure.

How to earn money?!…

How to earn money? You’ll never know this from those that are successful. And even they say how they do it, can be incomplete or is a lie. Not even if they say the truth the information can not be very useful.
The conditions are different from man to man and we can’t repeat a pattern route. Even we can have the same conditions, remains a lot of differences regarding the preparation and the personal experience and regarding the reaction way to different problems.

If already strong companies exist in a certain domain and they are in a direct competition, than it is too late to begin and to hope for success if you have nothing new or better. Particularly if you have only that business.

The businesses have not an immediate success starting from zero. Successful businesses have in the beginning o period of time for testing the market, while they are supported from other businesses of the investor, that allow him to test from their profit. And we are surprised for their success and say “money is drawing next to money”.
It’s real the saying: “the money is made with money and with other thing… you make children”..:))

When I hear magnates saying stories, from false memories, how was their beginning in business, how they started without money and help, I want to tell them some hard words… Nobody can be that absurd to believe this kind of stories. Everybody can judge and prove in a practical way, that actually you need capital. The capital can consist in many things (financial, intellectual, relationships, public image etc.). But everybody forget that the transformation of whatever kind of capital into a commercial value needs a relational juncture or a certain social position, which remains always in the back and here is all the secret of the success. Money have the easiest transformation in whatever kind of capital. Harder is for the other things transformation and require a lot of time.

Don’t tell me that you have started something in a garage and you were successful! For sure you had other things in the back which opened the market for you. It’s not sufficient to have ideas or a good product. It’s not sufficient to work hard. From the ancient times the market was ruled by the persons which were strong on the market or by those with political influence. It’s not sufficient to have a good business plan and to put it in practice. Once you take out your head outside a little and is spreading the information you are successful you’ll get two options: “you’re with us, or you’ll be vanished from the market!”

If you don’t want to be part of thier coterie for infuence traffic and to pay one’s dues, better than you lose everything is to accept to sell the business. You’ll be happy to have some money and begin with cheerfulness, other business. The big companies are buying or destroying (by their influence or diverse scenarios) everything is moving under them.

It’s very hard to begin a business when you have only ideas and desire to work. You need money to establish the company, to pay the space, rates, the accountant. A lot of little expences is gathering and where from can you pay it without profit? Or you have reserves for maintenance and investments, or somebody helps you to sell rapidly the products. Something you must have and money especially. You can’t take credits from the bank if you don’t offer guarantees. If you have guarantees this means you are not starting from zero.

I would say the companies with rapid growing for sure were established as a result of a sure order from the part of one relation and not before this order. There is two ways: they had good products to sell for a commission, or they succeed in obtaining a sure order and than they bought the necessary outfit. In this cases we can talk about the luck. The luck can have many formulas for its appearance. You can build the luck yourself, which is very hard, or you can catch it from the flight, if you accept little or big compromises.

Many profitable inventions remained with a thick layer of dust on them. Why?!… In order to keep all the benefits, the specialized people on diverse domains have gathering in official or unofficial organizations deciding to keep the profit inside. Sometimes, even if the goods have a good price and quality, those from a certain group will never buy it from an intruder, but from one of their partners, even at a bigger price. This way, they are protecting each other and are trying to influence the market toward their advantage.

Those who can not afford to test their business ideas, have to wait… Or they hope somebody take them as associates only because are honest people, have imagination and work desire.
In the business area, the ideas are not paid but stolen. The work of the employees is not only work but exploitation. The employer will never acknowledge he needs an employee but that he is tolerating him.

As employee, you’ll never gather enough money, because everything is calculated in order you can not detach from them. If you have the luck to be a chief, be sure you’ll have to pay diverse expenses from your pocket and to do some compromises and you’ll be risking at the command.
If you have a little blood and a little poject, a minimum capital for the start, would be good to start a business or an attempt which can be transformed in a business.

I am considering that the Internet will be a good market and the chances to be known are big.
Sometime, when the minimum necessary will be assured, the creativity will have the biggest price.
